Paul Vicary
Managing Director
Paul founded Easy Mobility Services nearly two decades ago. He has driven the growth of Easy Mobility Services to five retail stores with a significant service and repair department covering the whole of East Anglia.
Paul oversees all our Retail Outlets and Stairlift sales, which make up a considerable and growing element of Easy Mobility’s service portfolio. Paul’s knowledge and understanding of the industry are second to none.
Julie Vicary
Head Of Marketing
Julie’s background in media and marketing has proven invaluable to the growth of Easy Mobility Services. Since joining, her promotional and advertising campaigns have increased the company’s footprint in East Anglia and raised awareness of our products and services.
Julie oversees all marketing for Easy Mobility Services, and chances are that if you know who we are, Julie has played a part.

Stephen Costello
Head Of Finance
I have over 25 years of experience in customer service and finance. Providing a reliable, first-class service to both clients and suppliers is important to me. I believe that great service is often about the details, and I take pride in making sure those details are handled with care.
I’m proud to be part of, and to support, a local business that puts its clients at the centre of everything we do.
In my spare time, I’m a member of a local running club and enjoy reading and movies.

I have a background in customer service, working across different industries. I'm passionate about numbers, finance, IT, and data, which helps me work efficiently and with a strong analytical approach.
I am committed to delivering a positive experience for every client, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and reliable support.
In my free time, I enjoy competing in Muay Thai and spending time with my family.

Joining the Easy Mobility Services team in June 2025 has been another chapter in my career that I am extremely excited about.

I have been in the mobility industry for 20 years now and with Easy Mobility Services since the late noughties. I have been the Clacton store manager for around 2 years now, and I am thoroughly enjoying the challenges the role provides. It’s so rewarding to be able to offer solutions to help those with mobility and or daily living difficulties to improve their quality of life.
It’s great to often work alongside other healthcare professionals with the refreshing and ever-expanding mobility product range we offer. There are times when I’m not in the office, as I am out fighting crime and restoring order to the great town of Clacton.

I take pride in what I do “We ensure we provide the right aid or product to suit our customers and that they leave with an aid that will support them and also hopefully improve the quality of their life.
I joined Easy Mobility Services in January 2023 and I thoroughly enjoy the role and the rewards it provides, knowing I can assist someone with daily living aids.

After 14 years as a home help. I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with the products which Easy Mobility Service provide. I took on this new venture in July 2023 and am thoroughly enjoying the job, my colleagues, our customers and the way the company cares so much.

Pat's many years in assisted living and her deep product knowledge make her a valuable asset to both Easy Mobility Services and, more importantly, our customers.

I joined Easy Mobility Services after working in the NHS Mental Health and the Care Home Industry. I have learnt so much over the years by building a rapport with patients and their families, and I wish to continue doing so.
With members of my family using stair lifts and mobility scooters on a daily basis, I feel that I have gained an insight into how important these products are to them, and how much they are affected if they are not working. In my spare time, I love to shop 'til I drop, as well as enjoying drives out with my partner, exploring the county.

I joined Easy Mobility Services in 2021 to manage the Colchester showroom. Having cared for my mum, I understood the importance of making her as comfortable as possible, and I am keen to help other families do the same.
Whether in the shop or visiting their homes, our customers are of key importance to us and ensuring they have a positive experience is paramount.
At the weekends, I can be found lying in my hammock with a glass of something bubbly and my cocker spaniel Ruby at my side.

Richard joined our team this year as our new Stairlift Project Manager following a 40-year career in the public sector. He enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life and the opportunity of offering them a solution to their particular mobility issues.
