It allows the round slide carb to outperform flat slides. Expect gains in low and midrange around 1 HP per 100ccs of displacement on 4-strokes or 2 HP per 100ccs on 2-strokes. The UFO Ultimate Flow Optimizer centralizes engine vacuum on the needle jet giving you powerful hole shot and midrange, with unparalleled throttle response. Due to the highly atomized nature of the fuel/air mixture that the UFO’s deliver, we have found the engine to be much cleaner with less carbon build-up. The engine will be far less sensitive to temperature or altitude changes, and you will get extremely quick throttle response. EGT tests have shown that exhaust temperature is automatically reduced when letting off the throttle rather than increased without the UFO’s installed. This offers extra burn-down protection, while offering a more complete combustion.
